my baby girl is shivering when he got temperature above 100 and 101.Is it normal

A. Hello, your baby girl is 3 years old and she is getting a shivering if she gets a fever upto 100/101 degrees then either she is having uti or maleria /Dengue and you should get her blood examined

Q. I am 36 weeks pregnant and suffering from fever since 3 days. Temperature is above 101.My gynaecologist prescribed Dolo 650 and have taken 3 dose in a day but when I take medicine temperature becomes normal but then again after sometime it gets above 100 . Kindly recommend what should I do and does taking Dolo 650 cause harm to baby ?
