I am 36 weeks pregnant and suffering from fever since 3 days. Temperature is above 101.My gynaecologist prescribed Dolo 650 and have taken 3 dose in a day but when I take medicine temperature becomes normal but then again after sometime it gets above 100 . Kindly recommend what should I do and does taking Dolo 650 cause harm to baby ?

A. mo dolo is paracetamol, it's safe in pregnancy. do take as per advice, dri k lots of fluids and adequate rest, it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.
