my baby is 3 years 7 months .he had fever last night he was shivering and fever above 100 so gave ibugesic at 5:30 am today, but again in morng around 10:30 am he was shivering and temperature is 102 can I again give him ibugesic again

A. hello just guve paracetamol n shiver during fewer can happen in some no worries ibulgesics is a high dose given when fever is abive 1p2 n is not reducing si initiqllly just paracetamol is enough
