my baby girl is constipated from the last few weeks.i am feeding her Banana oats ,boiled apple, carrot and beetroot.giving her mostly fibrous food but still she is constipated.what to do?

A. Hello mom please give her fluids as well especially water and that too warm water as well, you may also at times give vegetable soup fresh fruit juices as well
