RashmiMom of a 11 yr 1 m old girl2 years agoA. Please do not steam any fruits otherwise you’re going to kill all the nutrients and supplements into the fruit itself give it into the form as it is available in the market because you should never go ahead with steaming the fruit is very unhealthy
