can I give steamed apple for my 8 month old baby

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl1 Year agoA. Apple yes but steaming the Apple know because when you actually steam any of the foods you’re going to kill the nutrients into the fruits which is why fruits are meant to be given in the similar manner as they are available in the nature
