my baby girl is 6 week old.her birth weight is 3kg.now she is 3.2kg.iam giving breast feeding.why she is not gaining weight

A. good afternoon if you feel that mothers milk is not being sufficient for the child then I would recommend that you should try to introduce formula milk to the baby so that the baby can gain some weight
