My baby girl is 4 months old now and she poops 7-8 days once. she strains and grunts at times. This time she didn't pass stool for 10 days. How many days is it normal to wait ?What should I do? How to ease her if she strains

sometimes this can continue for one year of age also.
it usually occurs due to the distention of the urinary bladder and rectum of the child.
the sensation is new for the child that's why the child is crying
if you feel that the crying is more than normal you should visit a pediatrician for examination
