my baby girl is 4 month now..water is coming out from her eye..what to do??

A. Sometimes the water comes out from the ice because of tear duct blockage or irritation or dirt into the eye so kindly clean the eyes with cold water and consult your doctor for further assistance and they’ll give you guidance after examining your child
