my baby girl is 3months old she is weighing only 4.7kgs her birth weight is 2.95 is this normal or not

A. good evening the baby has been able to gain a good amount of weight during this period so you don't have to worry at all I will recommend you to just try to focus on giving mothers milk exclusively
