My baby girl is 3 months old...Why this bcg vaccine scar is like this...That bulged part is hard...what should i do?

Cyst Is been formed into this area you need to get a check with your doctor because it can develop an infection also into it so it is not a scar it is some issue that needs to be addressed so kindly get a check with your doctor a personal assessment of this thing would be required
