my baby girl is 19th month old... she has no cough or no cold .. bt she has fever... what should be reason for it?

A. hi. .lafter clinical examibayion reason for fever can be identify, it may be giral fever. just give yiur child syp paracetomol in right dise in 6 hourly to reduce it
