my baby girl is 19 days old... excessive milk is being leaked from my breast... it spoils my dreses and whatever I use to clean it... is this a matter of concern... what should I do..

It Happens with a lot of women because they have excessive breastfeed which is why that happens but that’s very very normal don’t worry about it as of now if the press is leaking start using breast pads or you know normal paid into your bra to cover your nipples so that it does not come out of here
