my baby girl is 17 month and she screem alot, what to do??

mam, mostly babies do this when they learn to speak and when they want to get parents attention.
so whenever your child does this ,tell him/her that you can listen him/her only if he/she speak politely.
or take your child at playground or garden and tell a child that he or she can scream at this places ,not at home .
play game like who can speak softly ?
