my baby girl is 15 month old...from yesterday she is crying a lot after passes urine....some redness seen in her genital area.....what can we do?

A. it may be urine inf . Any pediatrician should examine the baby as it may be some under lying problem with the baby . If fever is there then paracetamol can be given for immediate relief . No any medication without consulting doctor .
