my baby girl is 13 month old but she is not having a single tooth yet. is it normal or should i have to do something?

you can gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip or moist cold cotton cloth 3-4 times a day..this will increase the blood circulation and hasten the eruption process of teeth..
