My baby girl is 1 year old . She has a rash beside her nose . Is it normal in winter ?

Is usually happened due to dryness into that area so that’s common to be seen so need not worry about it currently I would just recommend you to apply antiseptic cream twice or thrice in a day because boroline has the tendency to fulfil these issues at that person has like dryness or rash as boroline
