my baby girl has white patches on the diaper area back side... only in the diaper area.. im using pampers diaper at night..is this needs worried.. im so much worried to see this?

A. can we apply moisturizing lotion or cream regularly which will help in decreasing the white patch and it will gradually decrease and also change the brand of diaper you are using
