my baby girl face has like red red spots like pimples or heat rashes or food allergic I don't know what is it can you please help in this my baby is now 8 months old

A. It can be due to heat weather leave skin free. Keeb baby hydrated. If it continues, I feel It's better to check with your doctor and follow their advise. That would be one of the best and safest option for your baby as of now.
