Q.
My baby girl don't speak a lot, only few words. she knows 8 types of colors, 1-10, few alphabets, ~15 animals, flowers, ~10 fruits, ~10 types of vehicles, some common words related to alphabet rhymes. She can solve puzzles very quickly on mobile apps. I am worried because, She don't do much eye contact with me or my wife. She knows lots of thing and all time energetic to play with us but little moody to talk. Is it a normal behavior for 2 y 9 m baby girl?

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 6 yr 4 m old girl5 years agoA. what you have mentioned for your daughter it is all appearing normal in terms of language milestone but in case of eye to eye contact or any kind of peculiar behaviour it is better to visit of psychiatrists and get your baby evaluated if you have any doubts
