my baby girl 18days old her face suffering red rashes what can I do pls help?

Atogla Cream is going to be a good option to be applied on to the kind of Russia’s your child may be having on its face but since you haven’t posted any picture along with that I was just say this is good option to get if you want you can take an advice from your paediatrician as well
