my baby fell down from bed today..can u suggest me to what all things to observe ?

No projectile vomiting
No fit
No altered sensorium
No scalp bleeding, swelling
Then no need to worry
Just observe ur baby for atleast 48 hrs
If any of above signs
Then visit ur nearest pediatrician immediately

Sowmya MMom of 3 children4 years agoA. hello just tried to see like any kind of swelling is there and baby is uncomfortable like vomiting shouldn't happen also touch the area like any kind of swell or any kind of injury has happened and observe the baby vomiting shouldn't happen
