My baby eyes are in red colour

If your baby is having any itching issues or there is any sort of discharge there in such case you should definitely consult with Dr about it otherwise don’t worry it will get cured by its own in next few hours. Just wash your baby’s eyes with plenty of water 2 to 3 times in a day.
