yellow discoloration of kid's milk teeth could be either due to lack of some minerals or due to lack of proper oral hygiene..
so make sure you brush your kid's teeth twice daily

Brush twice daily
Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
Give healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables pulses whole grains milk products
