my baby doesn't like milk products.. what are the alternative of it? we are vegetarian. and her weight is 10kg and she is 2.5 year old.

A. hi weight is ok you can give nuts , dried fruits, fresh fruits ,ragi , dates etc as substitute of milk. but keep your trying to encourage your child to drink milk for that ,try milk with different flavors like elaychi milk, milk with honey, milk with dry fruits powder etc
