U I have to explain it to your child as to what is the importance of food you know like how you are eating and having healthy body healthy growth height health similarly if you tell your child the same thing if you’re not going to eat then you will be undergrowth you will not have height and has like dad is having a daddy is having try to explain it to your child this way
