my baby cries from night 9 to morning 6 0 clock elders will say u don't have enough milk so baby does not sleep is that true

A. hi doctor my baby 1month one week evg 6 clock start the cry 9 clock end what a problem but night to morning or good sleep and good feeding doctor baby tummy time ok or not ok then tummy timing how many minutes pls tell me doctor

A. no that false. Gas issue is quite common in newborn babies. Give only mother milk to baby avoid use of bottle feeding burp baby after every feed for 20 minutes my keeping baby on shoulder. You can do cycling motion of the legs and also massage tummy gently . Can give gastica drops 1ml to baby for gas. Colic pain is maximum at night time and and makes the baby cry whole night give drops meftal spas or colicaid 0.5 ml at evening or night time .
