Q.

Everyone do say breast milk is not enough when baby completes 3 months..need to give formula milk .is t true??

A. You should always try to exclusively breastfeed your child for as long as you can if you are low onto it by any chance then you can give formula milk after checking it with your doctor otherwise our suggestion is to give only breastfeeding for at least six months initially then if you are giving food and all then you can start giving tone pasteurise milk in terms of food or anything otherwise take to breastfeeding only

A. Not true. Babies should be exclusively breastfed till 6 months barring exceptional scenarios. If you feel after feeding, the baby is happy and playing that means you are producing enough. Don't introduce formula on the basis of what others are saying. Do it only if you feel it is genuinely needed or on the doctor's recommendation.
