Q.

my baby cries every hour..she is demanding...i think my breast is not producing much milk as ut seems like this to me...what should i do ?

A. for gastric problem you can give collimax/flatuna drops to your baby.proper burping for about 20mins to half an hour on the shoulder and tummy time after every feed helps a lot.cyclic motion of legs also relieves gases . gas related problem is very common in small babies because of many factor including immaturity of the digestive system. as well as usually in babies of 1 to 3 months of age it is a very common finding to spit the milk after feed which is called as posseting.it can be reduced by giving a proper burping after every feed. please see that you are x over feeding the child also .if it is very frequent you can give domstal drops also occasionally but only under medical guidance.
