My 3 month baby is demanding milk very frequently sometimes even every hour. It is because breast milk is not sufficient?

A. Yes there can be possibility that your child is hungry very early with the feeding that you are giving so you are much sure about it that whether lactation is sufficient or not I would advise you to consult a lactation specialist will be able to assist you based on this
