UMA SHASTRIMom of 2 children2 years agoA. Breast milk production is based on completely on supply demand. The more your baby demands and takes feed the more the milk is proqwwwduced in the body. So make sure to feed your baby as much as possible and also important is to drain the breasts fully after every feed as it will help your body to make more milk.
Adding postpartum laddoos/panjiri/Gind laddoos to your diet will help. Have foods that have natural "Galactogogues"like methi, garlic, nuts, almonds that help in increasing milk production in your body. You can add shatavari to your diet or add to milk. It that has galactogogues to increase milk supply.
