proper medication is required so please visit your pediatrician.
at home ,keep your child well hydrated
give light food like khichdi, rice, fruits etc
but avoid giving citrus fruits for now.
choose Cotton clothes for your child.
apply atrax lotion on it after consulting with your pediatrician.
try cool pack on it
give bath twice in a day.
keep your child in well vantileted room.
