my baby boy specific in eating like picky whenever I take food infront of him he rejects he like only uggu upma and dosa previously he is eating kichadi but he is not eating anything

A. Hai good morning !! Due to summer the intake of solids reduce as we mostly like to have fluids. So try to feed solids in small quantities along with semi solids,fluids like ragi malts,sabudana kheer,sabja water, coconut water,curd,butter milk ,fruits to meet the nutritional requirement.
