Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. Hello dear parent! Maintain a good personal hygiene for your child. Exclusively breastfed babies might not be passing stools even for a week, it is normal. As long as your baby is active and healthy, accepting feeds, passing adequate urine, showing no discomfort symptoms then nothing to worry. Continue breastfeeding your baby well on demand. Speak to your doctor for further advice.
