my baby boy (preterm) now he is in fourth month and 3.6kg weight is farting a lot and getting smell also. so is that normal?

A. Hello mom.yes , prefer to help the baby get burp after every burp consult the dr and mostly colic aid drops could help. you may do massages and do some cycle movement, and also you may apply hing water around the navel area in circular motion
