My baby boy of almost 3 months is doing little little potty through out the day.I change his diaper every 4 to 5 hrs , everytime I change his diaper it will have potty in it, the consistency of potty is little watery. Is this normal?

A. it is very important that whenever the child passes tool that I per should be changed immediately otherwise it can lead to perianal rash and it is totally normal for small children to pass stool more than seven or eight times per day also
