my baby boy now 16 months by birth his hair is black . in 7th month haemoglobin levels are down 4.3 blood transfused to him after that his hair turn to brownish like coco peach colour still now not turn to black. it is any symptoms to iron or any vitamin deficiency or any health issues

Consult your doctor who will examine the baby and will advise you with further management and investigations if any required because without examination it is difficult to comment on the current situation
malnutrition can also lead to that
