Hello everyone My baby is premature born 26th Feb 2020 He has done every milestone He walks by using any support without support he can't walk And I done with his blood test his haemoglobin levels are 3.8 How to increase blood levels lack of anemia how to increase blood levels help out with diet chart pls help out mam

A. hi mom 3.8 is critical low u should get him admitted to the hospital for blood transfusion .. u need to consult with your pediatrician for proper examination and treatment

A. increase the blood levels hemoglobin level you can give dates or dates syrup pomegranate or pomegranate juice to baby diet chart as break fast as poha cheela suji halwa upma dosa uthapam idly cornflakes chocos mid morning any fruits lunch as rice dal sabji raita and salad evening snacks as vegetables cutlet bread pakoda potato tikka dinner as dal roti doodh roti stuffed parantha
