Q.

my baby boy jeswik is having fever since yesterday I am using P120 5ml.. after effect of it again it is coming.. do I need to change tonic

A. The first medicine will always be paracetamol and it is given according to weight and power of paracetamol medicine you are having. Give liquids and easily digestible food and paracetamol should be given only after food. Keep the child in cool environment and avoid using woolen clothes when the child is having feverc Armpit temperature of hundred or more is considered as fever To body sponge to decrease the surface temperature and should be carried out for at least 20 minutes with normalx temperature water. Higher medicines whether required or not will be told by the doctor.

We consulted our child daughter and he prescribed us to give p120 5 ml when fever comes and azithromycin 5ml per day for 3 days and cheston 2.5 ml 3 times a day.
