My child is having fever 100.1-100.3 F since yesterday evening. I have given crocin to him. but fever is coming again once the effect of medicine is over.

A. yes you have to do cold sponging repeat every 6 hours. there are various reasons for the baby to have fever starting from infections like viral bacterial inflammations we had to treat with only paracetamol which is safe if the fever is more than 100 degre
