Autism can be diagose after 3 year before that we call it development delay. Even neglect and screentime can cause social language delay. 
Give more time to your child. Interact in every form. Eithr one to one or self talk . Make sounds, sing and play to establish eye contact. Take her out in park or field to feel texture of soil , grass etc to stimulate her. Make sure you take her out to your frnds and other socialize places. Teach her pre linguistic guestures. Once you will achieve this in 4 months you will see your child speech will start. This process take time may be 6 month to completely reset the brain. Hello, your baby boy is 2 years old but he doesn’t speak at all and doesn’t give you eye contact still now so mostly his neurological capabilities are lower than normal so you should try to teach each and every thing at proper age and consult with paediatric counceller
