Q.
my baby boy is passing stool 4-5 times daily. while having meal he will pass stool. is this normal?

It Probably that your child is unable to digest the food which is why your child is passing a motion like that I think you should consult your doctor start with medicines to regulate the digestive system of your child slowly within sometime this problem will be sorted
