Q.

My baby boy is 9 month old and his weight is 9.7 kg and paediatrician has adviced 5 ml ondem syrup having 2 mg /5 ml concentration is it correct dose. He is having fever and, vomiting.. Treatment is going on for fever with paracetamol drops

A. Fevers due to viruses can last for as little as two to three days and sometime as long as two weeks. A fever caused by a bacterial infection may continue until the child is treated with an antibiotic.
