my baby boy is 8 months old. just now his area above eyes got swollen. pls examine the photo and suggest accordingly. he is not crying.but rubbing around that area. applied parachute Coconut oil on that part.

.prolonged period of sleeping face down causes puffy eyes in Babies..
It may be allergy or insect bite ..Some condition are normal and goes away by time...but swelling is not going away than better to consult your paedritician

I suggest you please consult with your pediatrician about this matter because physical examination of child is important for proper diagnosis and treatment
