Q.

my baby boy is 7 months old. am I not allowed to eat cauliflower or chola or such till now as I have to breastfeed him or can have a bit? as elders suggest I should eat everything now onwards so that the baby also gets habituated to these products

A. hello yes you can having small quantity which is absolutely safe and not a problem provided you are comfortable and it also as many health benefits which should be good for both you and the baby and absolutely nothing to worry not a problem
