my baby boy is 7 month old .he is facing difficulty in passing stool his stool is very hard.we are giving hi.m apple banana puri dal pani etc with cerelac .now a days he shouts a lot and want to put everything in mouth plz suggest .is banana harmful in constipation

A. if there is constipation give plenty of liquids along withh high fibre in the diet which is very important things to be avoided which causes constipation like milk banana and maida then consult the doc
