A. I’m partially open eyes like 1/4 eye is open when the child sleep sometimes is completely normal but when you say open how much open it is like totally open and open that’s not clear so 1/4 opening of the eyes normal when the child goes to sleep if it is more than that then you may check with an ophthalmologist
