When the tsh levels are more than 40 only then they consider hypothyroidism in a new born.

Bottle TSH levels only you have to see for three or four there are different TSH levels that you to take care of also referral range is mentioned right ahead of these figures you check in that if it is into the referral range then it is normal but if it is more or less the referee then it is a problem
