in thyroid Tsh is 4.86 she is 28years old is it normal plz help me

A. Usually if levels are less than 5.5 it is normal. In case of pregnancy this is taken as 2.5. As it is 4.8 it’s OK for her ageWrite Your Answer Here

A. Hello dear, tsh normal range is estimated in between 0.45 to 4.12 mU/l.
So accordingly yours is slightly in the higher side. But not very much. You should consult with your doctor once and she would guide you any medicine if any required. Or if you need to avoid any food to get this in control.
