My baby boy is 3.5 months old and i have started exclusive pumping and feeding through bottle. This process is very hectic but i started doing it because I failed at all direct breastfeeding attempts which was impacting my baby’s weight. I pump one breast at a time and express around 120 ml and I pump every 2-3 hours alternate breasts . This process is so hectic with all the time washing and sterilizing.Please suggest if there are any tips to make this process easier , practical and doable until atleast more 3 months i.e till my baby is 6 month old.
